Mid Wales Advanced Motorists Group\u2019s 2020 Annual General Meeting planned for Saturday 14th March 2020 was cancelled.\u00a0 This decision was taken by our officers in the light of the fast-changing official guidance concerning the potential risks posed by the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak.\u00a0 This was considered to be the only viable decision to reduce the risk to all our members which I am sure you will all understand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The information to be provided at this AGM has been included here<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You are invited to record your vote on the following: –
Resolution<\/strong>: That the Minutes of the 2019 AGM be approved as a true record
Resolution<\/strong>: That the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31st December 2019 be approved.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Election of Officers<\/strong> – Elected to serve for 1 year
Chairman – Philip Jones
Vice Chairman – Vacant
Secretary – Geoff Smith
Treasurer – Mike Price

Election of Committee<\/strong>
Des Parkinson to serve on Committee for a further three years
Mandy Giordano to serve on Committee for a further three years
Ratification to election of Chris Brown to Committee for three years
