AGM Cancellation

Mid Wales Advanced Motorists Group’s 2020 Annual General Meeting planned for Saturday 14th March 2020 was cancelled.  This decision was taken by our officers in the light of the fast-changing official guidance concerning the potential risks posed by the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak.  This was considered to be the only viable decision to reduce the risk to all our members which I am sure you will all understand.

The information to be provided at this AGM has been included here.

Resolution: That the Minutes of the 2019 AGM be approved as a true record
Resolution: That the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31st December 2019 be approved.

Election of Committee
Des Parkinson to serve on Committee for a further three years
Mandy Giordano to serve on Committee for a further three years
Ratification to election of Chris Brown to Committee for three years
